Hi, welcome to the site with the really cool name.
I’m just a goofy dude who did a little college, played a little football, made a little family, and started doing a little business within the fitness industry. Nothing special, but I have beat my head against the wall several times while screwing things up… in the end, I think I learned a couple things.
